Mr. Fu Junyuan, Executive Director and Financial Director of China Communications Construction Co., Ltd., is also the Chairman of China Communications Finance Co., Ltd., the Director and Vice-Chairman of Jiangtai Insurance Brokerage Co., Ltd., the Director of China State-owned Enterprise Structural Adjustment Fund Co., Ltd., and the Supervisor of China Merchants Bank Co., Ltd. Mr. Fu has extensive experience in operation and financial management. He has worked in the Finance Bureau and Audit Bureau of the Ministry of Communications for more than 10 years. He has successively been the chief accountant of the China Port Group, the chief accountant of the China Jiaotong Group and the non-executive director of the China Jiaotong Group. Mr. Fu graduated from Beijing Jiaotong University with a Ph. D. in Business Administration. He is a professor-level senior accountant and enjoys special allowances from the Government of the State Council.
